I just ran this (there and back). It felt longer than a mile and a half at the time.

I did knee pushups in the WOD tonight. Now I’m kicking myself. I could have pushed harder. I would have had to do repetition debts but I should have just done it.
Complete 80 intervals of 15 seconds of work where:
the first 16 intervals are: swing @ 55/35-lbs.
the second 16 intervals are: single-arm snatch @ 55/35-lbs.

I got pushups today. REAL pushups. No knees, no wide stance (hee hee).
We did Cindy, which is a 20’ AMRAP of: 5 pullups 10 pushups 15 squats
I did bodyrows, of course. BUT I GOT PUSHUPS! I only got 8 rounds + 9 pushups, but now I have a baseline.

So, awesome news (if you like your awesome news to be sprinkled with a little bit of fear dust, like I clearly do): I got into the Cherry Blossom 10 Miler! So that’s two big races in the spring: CB and the Country Music Half at the end of April.
Now, to get back to training. And I saw snow on the ground when I left my apartment this morning. Great timing.
