We had a pretty tough WOD today for a non-conditioning day, which I usually consider the easier days. 3 jerks+6 OHs+12 back squats. During one of the OHs I dropped my bar, and the coach used it as an opportunity to rebuke me for not eating breakfast (in my defense, I wake up before a WOD and just go in. I got no time for breakfast!). She said she monitors the paleo blog and noticed I haven’t been eating sufficient meals before and after the WODs. So that is something I have to work on.
