GAH
I haven’t been feeling well the past couple of days. I think I got a cold that’s going around. Sore throat, sneezing. Nothing too crazy.
My Crossfit schedule is MWFS, so in I went today for the WOD at noon. I ate an apple at 11. We did push presses and then a workout of box jumps and single leg squats. I finally graduated to the 24” box. I was so excited.
But on the second round, I fell on the box. My shin literally has a dent in it.
After that things went downhill fast. I started getting light-headed, and I fell again. I asked to go outside because I felt like I would fall down if I didn’t get some air. Once outside, with the coach on my trail, I puked. Nice.
I feel like such an idiot. I had always heard that if the sickness is above your chest, it’s OK to workout. Clearly I cannot.
