AMRAP in 15 minutes:

15x unbroken* thrusters
200m run

* any broken thrusters (where the bar falls from the front-rack position) results in 5x burpees immediately following the thrusters.

This was tough. The whole time I was concentrating on not putting the bar down, so if I needed to pause I held it in a press or at the front rack. I was not going to do burpees if I could help it. My score was 5 rounds + 15 thrusters, no burpees.

Of course, at the end of the day we all had to do 20 P.O.W. burpees anyway. Idiots.
