A never-ending quest to stand up one more time than I fall down.

I got pushups today. REAL pushups. No knees, no wide stance (hee hee).

We did Cindy, which is a 20’ AMRAP of:
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats

I did bodyrows, of course. BUT I GOT PUSHUPS! I only got 8 rounds + 9 pushups, but now I have a baseline.

We also did Tabata planks (20 seconds elbows, 10 seconds hands, 8 rounds) and I didn’t break once. When the coach asked at the end who hadn’t broken, and I raised my hand, she looked surprised.

My goal is for no one to ever be surprised again about what I can do.
