Eat real and clean foods. These diet foods ( i.e. lean cuisine and weight watchers frozen meals) are full of junk and chemicals that only trick your brain into thinking you are eating “healthy”. Truth is it’s probably worse than eating a cookie. Incorporate protein, healthy fats, and veggies to your daily lives, and leave out the “diet” foods.
Crazy ladies on a message board I read are pissed that Baked Cheetos went up 2 points on the new WW. ORLY stuffing something with 45 ingredients into your mouth might be bad for you?
